Make sure to provide the correct delivery details as we would not do a refund for incorrect delivery details provided to us.
Products will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday once payment has been completed.
You are welcome to add items to an existing order and we can combine shipping.
Plant Condition During Transit
Exotic plants, by their nature, may be sensitive to the stresses associated with transit. It is possible that some plants may experience leaf loss during transportation. However, it is important to note that this stress-induced leaf loss is typically temporary, and these plants have the inherent capacity to regenerate and produce new foliage once they are properly replanted and allowed to acclimate.
Packaging and Care
We take great care and employ rigorous packaging methods to safeguard your exotic plants during transit. Our commitment to quality packaging is aimed at minimizing the likelihood of damage during shipping. Nonetheless, it is essential to acknowledge that, in spite of our best efforts, we cannot assume responsibility for delays or damage that may occur after your shipment has left our care.
Third-Party Carrier
As a part of our service, we entrust the delivery of your exotic plants to Australia Post or another reputable courier service. While we partner with these carriers for their reliability, we do not have direct control over their operational procedures, which may result in unforeseen delays or handling practices. As a result, any issues arising from Aramex delays or damage must be addressed with Aramex.
Customer Responsibility
We strongly recommend that you inspect your delivered plants promptly upon arrival and report any damage to us. Timely reporting will assist us in addressing any issues with the courier service and finding a suitable resolution. Furthermore, we advise you to follow the provided care instructions for your exotic plants diligently to ensure their successful transition to their new environment.
Local pick up is available in Bundaberg, Queensland. Please use the code pickuponly and let us know in the comment section of "Your cart" prior to checkout and we will be in contact to organize collection. You can also send us a message through our Facebook/Instagram page @pdaexoticplants to arrange collection. We will refund the postage fee paid if you have done so.
